QQ Agora Network sets up AI workflows that read supplier invoices, purchase orders and delivery orders, check them against each other, and prepare the entry in your accounting system — AutoCount, SQL Account, Xero or a spreadsheet. Your staff approve; the AI does the typing. A project starts at RM9,000 and goes live in about three weeks.

Capture
Invoices and orders are picked up from the inbox, a shared folder, WhatsApp or a scanner, the moment they arrive.
Read
Supplier, invoice number, dates, line items, quantities, unit prices, tax and totals are pulled out, including from PDFs and scans.
Check
Each line is matched against the purchase order and the goods received note. Quantity, price and total differences are flagged with the amount at stake.
Post
A draft entry is prepared in your accounting system, with exceptions in a short approval list for your finance staff.
The part that pays for itself: the checking. Over-billed quantities, price changes that were never agreed and duplicate invoices get caught before payment, not at year end.

Which accounting systems can you post into?
Most commonly AutoCount, SQL Account and Xero, plus Excel or Google Sheets. Where a system has no import route, we prepare a checked import file or key the data in through the same screens your staff use. We confirm your exact setup in the Audit, before you commit to a build.
Does the AI post entries without anyone checking?
No. The workflow prepares a draft and flags anything that does not match the purchase order or delivery order. A person approves before it is posted. That is what keeps errors out and keeps your auditor comfortable.
How accurate is it on scanned or photographed invoices?
Clean PDFs are read very reliably. Photos and poor scans are harder, so the workflow flags low-confidence fields for a human to confirm rather than guessing. We test on a sample of your own worst documents during the Audit.
What does it cost?
A Quick-Win Sprint covering one or two workflows starts at RM9,000, with an optional AI Care plan from RM2,000 a month. The half-day AI Opportunity Audit is RM4,500 and is credited in full if you start a Sprint within 30 days. Third-party costs such as AI subscriptions are billed at cost.
How long does it take?
About three weeks from the start of a Sprint: one week to connect and test on your real documents, one week to tune on exceptions, one week of running alongside your team before handover.
Where does our data go?
You choose. On business cloud AI plans your data is not used to train models by default; on a hybrid setup personal details are stripped before anything leaves; and with private AI everything stays on a machine in your office. We sign a data-processing agreement aligned with the Malaysian PDPA either way.
